Subtotals And Grand Totals

1. Subtotals

Click on Pivot >> Menu >> Design >> Subtotals

• Do not show subtotals
• Show all subtotals at Bottom of Group
• Show all subtotals at Top of Group

• Do not show subtotals

• Show all subtotals at Bottom of Group

• Show all subtotals at Top of Group

2. Grand Totals

Click on Pivot >> Menu >> Design >> Grand Totals

• Off for Rows and Columns

• On for Rows and Columns

• On for Rows only

• On for Columns only
